1. Who We Are and What This Policy Covers

FLOWS Administrators LLC, a subsidiary of Business Executive Services Team LLC ("FLOWS," "we," "us," or "our"), operates the website at flows-global.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

This Policy covers the Site only. It is an informational and marketing website. It does not cover the FLOWS software platform or the FLOWS mobile application, which are governed by separate terms and a separate privacy notice provided at the time you access them. If you are a claimant, adjuster, or other participant using FLOWS through an insurance carrier or other business customer, that separate notice—not this one—applies to your information.

2. Information You Give Us

We collect information only when you choose to give it to us. That happens when you submit a contact or demand form, request a demonstration, subscribe to updates, apply for a position, or email us directly. Depending on the form, this may include:

• your name;
• your business email address and telephone number;
• your company name, job title, and industry; and
• the content of any message, question, or request you send us.

We ask that you not send us sensitive personal information, claim details, medical or injury information, or confidential business information through the Site. The Site is not the place for that, and it is not built to receive it.

3. Information Collected Automatically

Like most websites, the Site automatically collects limited technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page, the pages you view, and the dates and times of your visit. We use this to keep the Site secure and working properly and to understand which pages are useful.

We use cookies and similar technologies for these purposes. Cookies that are strictly necessary for the Site to function are always active. Any analytics or performance cookies may be declined without losing access to the Site. Most browsers also let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings.

We do not use the Site to serve targeted advertising, and we do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, which currently have no uniform standard.

4. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

• respond to your inquiry, request, or application;
• send you information about FLOWS that you have asked to receive;
• operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Site;
• understand how visitors use the Site in the aggregate; and
• comply with law and enforce our Terms of Use.

If we send you marketing email, every message will include a way to unsubscribe, and we will honor that request promptly. We will still send you messages necessary to respond to a specific inquiry you made.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose information only:

• to service providers who host the Site, deliver our email, or provide analytics on our behalf, and who are permitted to use the information only to perform those services;
• to our affiliates, including Business Executive Services Team LLC, in connection with responding to your inquiry;
• when required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental request, or to protect our rights, safety, or property; and
• in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy continuing to apply to the information transferred.

6. How Long We Keep It

We keep information submitted through the Site only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was given—generally, until your inquiry is resolved and for a reasonable period afterward for recordkeeping—unless a longer period is required by law or is needed to resolve a dispute.

Automatically collected log data is retained for a limited period and then deleted or aggregated.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information submitted through the Site against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we determine that a security incident has affected personal information, we will investigate, contain and remediate it, and provide any notice required by applicable law, including Florida's breach-notification statute.

8. Your Choices and Requests

You may ask us to provide a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is inaccurate, or delete it. You may also unsubscribe from our emails at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law, including the right to appeal a denied request. We will verify your identity before acting on a request and will respond within the time required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

9. Children

The Site is directed to businesses and professionals. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites, including app store listings and social media pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. Their own privacy policies govern once you leave the Site.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on the Site with a new Effective Date. If we make a material change in how we use information already collected, we will provide any additional notice required by law.
